      José Díez Calleja, born in Ortuella (Vizcaya) on September 25, 1962, former defense, also known as “Pepeo” Calleja, who played 10 seasons in 1st Division, divided between Real Betis (6), Sporting de Gijón (3 ) and Logroñés (1). He also played for Sestao in 2nd B, for UD Salamanca in 2nd Division and for Maspalomas in 2nd B.

      He played a total of 265 official matches, 168 in 1st Division and scored 14 goals, 5 with Betis in 1st Division and 9 in 2nd B with Sestao.

                        Faruk Hadzibegic, born in Sarajevo on October 7, 1957, former defender known in Spain for his time at Real Betis between 1985 and 1987, a period in which he played 93 games (75 in the League) and scored 11 goals (8 in the League and 3 in Cup).

                        He also played in the league of his country, with FK Sarajevo and in France, with FC Sochaux and Toulouse FC.

                        He was international with the former Yugoslavia on 65 occasions and participated in the 1984 Euro Cup in France and the 1990 World Cup in Italy.

                        As a coach, Faruk Hadzibegic has led teams in France, Turkey and Spain, specifically Real Betis in the 1999/2000 season; He also managed the national team of his country, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1999.

                            His debut in the 1st Division took place on January 3, 1982, at a Betis-Racing de Santander, on matchday 18 of the First Division League championship, and the coach who made him debut was Rafael Iriondo.

                            He also played 3 seasons at Recreativo de Huelva, one in 2nd and two in 2nd B.

                            In his total career, he played 166 official matches (103 in 1st Division) and scored 19 goals, 9 of them in the First Division. It was active between 1981 and 1993.

                            Romo was twice international with the Spanish Under-20 National Team.
