The worn and ineffective management of the current director, Manuel Ruiz de Lopera, his disdain for the democratic culture that has to preside over an institution founded on the sentiment of hundreds of thousands of people, their continuous lies regarding the percentage shareholding of his property, his use of fear and paranoia, forgery of documents and misappropriation, bad fiscal practices that have won Lopera a conviction for criminal offences and substantial tax debts with the Treasury, his morbid obsession with hiding information from shareholders at General Meetings, his erratic decisions and expensive spending, the complete lack of planning, the use of a particular model of management that shows up a complete lack of transparency and its complete inability to organise and give Real Betis the structures necessary within the 21st century, along with causing huge economic losses, the catalyst for the extreme deterioration of the image of the entity, the damage to Betis' dignity and history, and continuing lack of respect for the hundreds and thousands of Beticos.
The time has come for Mr. Lopera to leave Betis with our heads held high. The courts will be the ones to file justice, all the damage to this institution is going to have to be replenished, euro after euro, indignity after indignity.
Today is the first day of a new era for Real Betis Balompié. de Lopera's Betis has died. It's never been the Real Betis Balompié of our parents and grandparents, and it certainly will not be the Betis of tomorrow, which we will bequeath to those who come after us, our children and grandchildren. We have come to the conclusion of a situation that has lasted too long. Los Beticos and civil society in general can not consent to a man who only has a 51% interest in a corporation and disloyalty committed with the other owners, to cotinue imposing its will on the hundreds of thousands who truly support the organisation and are its only reason for being. It's neither healthy for the institution or himself. And that is why the Betis fans association "Por Nuestro Betis", through this manifesto, calls for radicals changes in the management of the entity.
The aim is to create a society, an organisational structure that makes Betis effective, dynamic and competitive in the world, to increase its strength and the size of the entity, and consolidate itself amongst the top five teams in the country. That is the goal we are proposing and we are convinced we can achieve it if los Beticos back us.
Because we have the absolute conviction that one is not only essential to Betis, but will enable all to be possible and viable, we've gathered various professionals from the business of sport management, who have dedicated their time to analyse a real and exciting future for our club. The result is a Strategic Plan for Real Betis, which includes:

1) The immediate resignation of the current Board of Directors of Real Betis Balompié, SAD, which only requires the execution of an exercise of responsibility by the Board: March when the team is struggling, and no further support to the only leader Betis has ever had who has fallen twice into Segunda División.
2) Convene and urgent Bureau whose sole object is the configuration of an Interim Governing Council in which all shareholders are represented and the immediate objectives are set out:
3) In the event that the current Board of Directors and the majority shareholder, who controls the package, are not willing to agree to the above approaches, "Por Nuestro Betis" requests the appropriate legal proceedings; suspension of political rights of FARUSA shareholder ownership and those directors involved in the management of the company in recent years, which has been systematically surrendering the revenues of the entity to third parties linked to FARUSA and Mr. Ruiz de Lopera, who has, objectively, proved detrimental in social, institutional, business, corporate, image, economic, sports and society matters of Real Betis Balompié, SAD, and their subscribers and supporters in general.
We call on the civil society of Betis (clubs, associations, groups, shareholders, partners, supporters, ...) to accede to this manifesto. We believe that now is the time when the change is necessary: "Los béticos decidimos." A much better future awaits us.

- An ambitious social agenda, based on the care and promotion of Béticas, the club's greatest asset.

- A reasonable approach to action in the sports area that includes the recovery of our youth system.
- A comprehensive communication plan and a strategy of extensive commercial and marketing actions.
- Finally, it includes a detailed quantification validating the economic viability of these operations.
This association proposes:

- Commitment to convene within a period of 6 months for an Extraordinary General Meeting, based on the principles of legality and respect for the statute of the club, allowing shareholders to submit their applications in public and management programs for the club.
